The SPARE, acronym for Special Purpose Acquisition of Real Estate is a non traditional SPAC under the form of a Trust, allowing it to end-up in a REIT – Real Estate Investment Trust.
Thus instead of acquiring shares, the SPARE Sponsors and the SPARE Investors acquire trust units.
